A small city called Reichenbach (Vogtland) was filled with street artists, when Ibug Urban Art Festival was organized there in 2019. So it made sense to warn the locals about that with signs, that resemble official German traffic signs. There is one difference though: since the active people in German traffic signs are always men, it was time to change that. Later the signs found their way to other places too.
